Because of the rarity of reports on the subject of the "Face Presentation" in Korea, seven patients with face presentation are reported with regard to it`s incidence, etiology, diagnosis and management, and a brief review on the literature is made. These were seen at Soo Do Medical College Hospital between January, 1955 and May, 1964.
